“They are all such ‘action words’ and have a dynamic effect but also are gentle reminders to be awake.”

I have just re-read again the chapter on Creation - and it really is absolutely key to everything. (Must be why Mrs. Eddy included it!)

It really is life changing. She starts with changing the universe - to give us a sense that all things are possible. Which is so hopeful but actually as I read on - it really doesn't need changing (glad for the encouragement though).  When we really see and understand and are at one with God - there really is nothing else but perfection, light, harmony, limitless Love and an understanding of God as All.

I delighted in the way the chapter unfolded - we are instructed by such words as must, turn away, decapitate, correct, demand and demands, steadfastly and the list goes on. We have to be obedient to these commands - and then the blessings that flow are limitless. They are all such “action words” and have a dynamic effect but also are gentle reminders to be awake.

But of course - there is really no starting point and no fighting or struggling with error or matter. We are at one right now with the I Am. This total view of God and us as His offspring is the ever renewing, ever flowing, constant, uplifting and inspiring thoughts of Love and Life.

As we dwell so completely with God and Mind - it is exactly as it should be with each of us with a divine clarity and vision - we don't need to strive to reach the absolute centre and circumference as we are already there and always have been.

I adored that fact - that there are no creations from mortal mind - human thought, prognosis or diagnosis, speculation, personality or inharmony in any form - phew. How could there be?  God created All and He is the only creator.

What an uplifting reality to live in, express unselfishness in and to so naturally lean into, to love God and express His perfection - it is so natural and innate in all of us to stand with Him and on this rock of Science.

I love this demand to remember right now each one of us - "coexists with God and the universe" dwelling where we have always dwelt in the kingdom of heaven. (SH, p. 266)
